This non‐yellowing water-based clear sealer is best used over any porous concrete surfaces that have had a water-based product applied previously or where a water-based sealer is desired.
This VOC compliant sealer provides excellent weather and water resistance, as well as guards against grease, oil, and damaging U/V rays.
The surface must be clean and dry before application.
