Description
- 100% Acrylic Based pigmented sealer
- Low odor and cleans up with water
- Seals out foreign substances – environmentally friendly
- The surface must be clean and dry before application
- Apply by brush, roller or airless sprayer
- Dry to the touch in approx. 30 minutes, 24 hours foot traffic, 72 heavy traffic
- Low temperatures (below 60ºF) or high humidity can prolong drying times
- Apply on bare, stamped concrete, spray deck, kool deck, texture deck, brick pavers or any other concrete surface previously stained with water-based stain

- Skid Guard can be added to sealer to reduce slipping
- Approx. coverage: 200 – 250 sq. ft. per gallon per coat (Additional coverage if applied by airless sprayer)
